Artistic mobility in the Mediterranean

Cross-border mobility is an essential element throughout an artist’s career and professional development. But how many opportunities are available for the Mediterranean artistic community, especially for young people? How can an artist be supported in preparing and implementing a mobility plan? The Roberto Cimetta Fund, which has been promoting and facilitating the mobility of artists and cultural operators in the Mediterranean region since 1999, is hosting a workshop dedicated to cultural mobility with a focus on young people and professionals living and working in areas on the margins of international circuits. Representatives of the organisations Amuni, Busart, Liv.in.g, and Al Badil, based in France, Greece, Italy and Tunisia, present the new project Ready Steady Go!, answering questions about a new opportunity to participate in an international mobility programme.

Workshop with:
Zoè Baudoin, Programme Development Officer of the Al Badil Organisation (Tunisia, France)
Fanny Bouquerel, Development Manager of the Roberto Cimetta Fund – Associate Professor, Institute of European Studies, University Paris 8 (France)
Cristina Carlini, co-founder, B.o.D. member, project manager of the social enterprise Liv.In.G Living International Getaway (Italy)
Manuèle Debrinay-Rizos, President of the Roberto Cimetta Fund (France)
Ina Studenroth, Advisor for Ready. Steady. Go! project management
