EUphoria Walk introduce participants to the concept, the philosophy and the mission of Eleusis 2021 European Capital of Culture. Under the title “Transition to EUphoria”, the programme of Eleusis 2021 focuses on the connection of art and everyday life; on the ways art can become a central tool for changing the city.

The programme of Eleusis 2021 includes three Main Themes, that focus on the connection between art and the environment (EUnvironment), art and society (EUrbanization), art and labor (The EU Working Classes) and can be traced territorially, dividing the city into three major axes: Central Eleusis, Upper Eleusis and Lower Eleusis, respectively. The EUphoria walks compose the multiplicity of narratives and collective experience in the city, with the different elements of the urban landscape and the works and ideas included in the programme of the Eleusis 2021 European Capital of Culture.
